Design Intent : Climatically and visually responsive ‘ Tropical and modular perforated skin ‘

The building is located in a dense commercial hub of Mumbai, Bandra- Kurla Complex.

In a landscape saturated with glass and steel behemoths,the intention was to create an elegant solution that would be informed by its its program.. A dynamic, responsive piece of art in the day and an ethereal glowing light box at night.

This would be an antithesis to the everyday Glass and Alcubond corporate buildings that stud the landscape at Bandra Kurla.
