Restoration and Renewal of a heritage Property, Conversion to a high-end wellness retreat.
Nurtured by forests and crowned by the Aravalli hills, the the property in the late Francis Wacziag , co-founder of the Neemrana Hotels words was “dropped into the womb of the earth ” . Transformation and extension of this original hunting lodge into a 12suited wellness retreat was the programme set out for Urban Studio.
Working within conservation guidelines, our strategy was to weave in local nuance , modern infrastucture and a global aesthetic to create a contemporary experience for the modern traveller.
