The visual language of SEIJO is shaped through our interest in contemporary eastern culture: film, comics, music and zen landscapes.
From this emerged a palette of materials that set the mood of the place as hip and edgy.
Abstraction, humour and craft form the framework of the project . These play out in the attention to the food, ambiance and lived experience for guests.
