12 lac sqft of master planning and development in Thane on the outskirts of Mumbai. In an inventive move, a single unit window façade is articulated more than 5000times with different variations to extend interior spaces and add shadows and rhythm to the facades. Optimising economies of scale by using modular construction, the development shows a 25percent reduction in structural steel. Innovation ,e legance and economy define Tropical Lagoon.
